The Regensburg Development Corp is built on a tradition of over 45 years of home construction. After obtaining an engineering degree from NYIT, Charles Regensburg began working with his father who has built more than 500 homes throughout Long Island.

By 1991, Charles Regensburg began building his own homes, concentrating his initial projects in the North Shore area, in towns like Upper Brookville, Lloyd Harbor, and Laurel Hollow. In 1998, he began work on his first project in the Hamptons and has since been an active contractor in the area. His portfolio boasts a number of renovations and new constructions throughout the Hamptons, where he has been building and modernizing homes, capturing the unique Hamptons charm.

In 2004, Charles involved himself in the renovation of “brownstone” terraced homes in Manhattan, and continues to work on projects in that area to this day.

In October of 2011, Charles added a new division for the management of projects and partnered with Brad Grossman of GCR Home Management Corp.

Brad is a native New Yorker and graduate of the University of Albany, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 1999 Brad founded Creative Solutions 4 Entertainment, which he grew into a successful full service event & marketing company specializing in New York, South Florida and the Hamptons.

In 2005 Brad co-designed and built the popular 24 Prince Restaurant, also located in NYC, where he became a skilled operator and managing partner.

Since 2009 Brad has consulted on several hospitality concepts. Throughout the past decade Brad has felt a strong connection to real estate investing and development.

In 2011, Brad joined Charles Regensburg to help expand into a full service construction management & Landscape Design company with offices in NYC, Southampton and Laurel Hollow. Since they partnered, their business continues to grow with projects in Manhattan, the Hamptons and Long Island's North Shore.
